GreenHead Recon – 30-Day Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with GreenHead Recon. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a simple and fair 30-day return policy.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In its original condition

  • In its original packaging (if applicable)

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or order number


đŸ›ī¸ Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene purposes, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Digital products

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Clearance / final sale items

To start a return, email us at support@greenheadrecon.com with:

  • Your name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos of the item (if damaged or defective)

Once approved, we will send you return instructions and the return address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged

  • The wrong item was sent

  • There was an error on our end


đŸ’ĩ Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 3–7 business days for processing depending on your bank

If rejected, we will explain the reason and return the item to you.


🔁 Exchanges

We accept exchanges for:

  • Wrong size

  • Wrong color

  • Defective or damaged products

Please start an exchange request the same way as a return.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will fix the issue at no additional cost to you.
